I wonder if it my fault they died
I hear the grenade bounce and roll across the trail.
I see my friends killed.
I want to see them again.

I pretend that it is all a dream
I feel scared to go home
I eye the gun that taunts me  
I worry that it is driving me mad
I cry because nothing is real
